NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited by law. Subject to all federal, state and local laws, regulations, and ordinances. The 2023 NFL LONDON Experience Sweepstakes ("Promotion") begins on August 10th, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on September  25^th, 2023 at 8:00 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). Commerce Dynamics Inc.'s computer is the official time keeping device for this Promotion.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT PROVIDES FOR A CLASS ACTION AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER, A REQUIREMENT THAT MOST DISPUTES BE SETTLED BY MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION, AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to legal U.S. residents residing in the fifty (50) United States including the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (19 years of age in AL/NE, or 21 years of age in MS) as of the date of entry; prize includes travel between Queens, NY and London, England. Winner is responsible for all costs of travel to and from Queens, NY, and must have an active passport and be otherwise able to travel to and return from London, England. Prize trip will occur from October 5, 2023 to October 9, 2023 and winner must be able to participate in the prize and prize travel on and during those dates. Winner must be able to get to John F. Kennedy International Airport "JFK Airport") in Queens, NY, for the departure date and time, as determined by Sponsor.  Employees, officers, and directors of the NFL Foundation ("Sponsor"), Commerce Dynamics ("Administrator"), the NFL Entities, or any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, web site providers, web masters, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. The "NFL Entities" shall mean the National Football League, its professional member football clubs, NFL Ventures, L.P., and its subsidiaries.  Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's and/or Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility and compliance with Official Rules of potential winner prior to declaring potential winner the official winner of the Promotion.

In order to be eligible to claim the prize, the Promotion winner must:

• Be eligible and willing to travel to London, England from October 5, 2023 to October 9, 2023;
• Be able to travel to and return home from John F. Kennedy International Airport ("JFK Airport") in Queens, NY for the prize-related flights. All transportation, and costs of transportation, to and from JFK Airport will be winner's sole responsibility. Grand Prize travel originates and ends at JFK Airport in Queens, NY;
• Have an active passport;
• Comply with local and international Covid 19 travel policies; and
• Agree to be subject to a background check, if requested.

2. SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR: Sponsor: NFL Auction/NFL Foundation/Hibbert, 345 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10154. Administrator: Commerce Dynamics Inc., 1300 Yonge Street, Suite 703, Toronto, Canada, M4T 1X3.

3. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter this Promotion: (a) by donating online; or (b) by U.S. Mail (without a donation).

1. 1. Donating Online: During the Promotion Period, go to https://nflauction.nfl.com/, and log in with your NFL Auction account. If you do not have an NFL Auction account, you may create one for free at nflauction.nfl.com. Once you are logged into your NFL Auction account, follow the instructions to submit a donation along with any required information. You will be entered into the Promotion on the following basis:

1. 1. 1. A five-dollar ($5) donation will provide you with one (1) entry into the Promotion;
      2. A ten-dollar ($10) donation will provide you with ten (10) entries into the Promotion;
      3. A twenty-five-dollar ($25) donation will provide you with twenty-five (25) entries into the Promotion;
      4. A fifty-dollar ($50) donation will provide you with fifty (50) entries into the Promotion;
      5. A one hundred-dollar ($100) donation will provide you with one hundred (100) entries into the Promotion.

You must complete and submit all required information along with your donation to be eligible to and successfully enter this Promotion. Once you have submitted your donation, along with any required information, you will be automatically entered into the Promotion for the number of times corresponding to your donation, as listed above. All donations will also be subject to the Classy, Inc. Terms of Service available at https://www.classy.org/terms/, and Privacy Policy, available at https://www.classy.org/terms/privacy/.

U.S. Mail Without Donation: If you wish to enter the Promotion without making a donation, you may enter by hand-printing your full name, address, city, state and zip code, day and evening telephone numbers (including area codes), date of birth, email address (optional); name of Promotion ("2023 NFL LONDON Experience Sweepstakes "); and the following statement: "I acknowledge that I have read, understand and agree to the Sweepstakes Official Rules." on a 3x5 postcard and mailing it in a sealed envelope with proper postage affixed to NFL Auction/ The Hibbert Group, PO Box 816 Trenton, NJ 08650. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You must provide all required information to be eligible to enter and win. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 25, 2023 and received by Sponsor by September 29, 2023, to be eligible. Upon receipt by Sponsor of a completed mail-in entry, including all required information, an entrant will receive one hundred (100) entries into the promotion. Mail-in entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.      

Limit 1,000 total entries per person, regardless of method of entry or the number of times you enter ("Entry Limit"). For the avoidance of doubt, you may donate $100 ten (10) times, or use the free mail-in method of entry ten (10) times, or you may also choose to make twenty (20) $50 entries, or fifty (50) $20 entries, or any other combination of donation and/or free mail-in entries.  If you make donations or submit free mail-in entries that would result in the receipt of more than the Entry Limit, you will not receive additional entries into this Promotion in excess of the Entry Limit. All potential winners are subject to verification before the prize will be awarded and may be subject to a criminal background check prior to being awarded the prize. Normal Internet access, phone, and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service may apply. Automated or bulk entries, entries created through the use of artificial intelligence or any other simulation of human intelligence or process through the use of a machine or computer system, or entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple and/or different identities, forms, registrations, email addresses, logins, or any other methods will void that participant's entries, and that participant may be disqualified at Sponsor's and/or Administrator's discretion. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder to the Sponsor and/or Administrator or forfeit the prize. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements of the Promotion will be automatically disqualified.      
 

4. SELECTION OF GRAND PRIZE WINNER: On or about Friday, September 29th, 2023, Sponsor and/or Administrator will select the name of the potential winner of the grand prize in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be declared the official winner of the Promotion. The potential winner will be notified by email, telephone and/or overnight delivery on or about Friday, September 29th, 2023. Except where legally prohibited, the potential winner must sign and return, within forty-eight (48) hours of being notified, an Affidavit/Declaration of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner cannot be reached via email, telephone, and/or registered mail after the first attempt to contact him/her, or if he/she fails to sign and return the Affidavit/Declaration of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release or Declaration of Compliance within the required time period (if applicable), or if potential winner is unavailable to travel within any time period specified by Sponsor and from the locations determined by Sponsor, if potential winner does not have an active passport and/or any other travel-required documentation, or in the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may, at its discretion, select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.

Verification of Potential Winner:  ANY POTENTIAL WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR AND/OR ADMINISTRATOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION.  AN ENTRANT IS NOT THE WINNER OF THE PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT'S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.  

5. GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded (the "Grand Prize"). The Grand Prize is a trip to London, England for winner and one (1) guest, and consists of the following:

• Roundtrip economy class airfare for winner and guest departing from JFK Airport in Queens, NY on October 5, 2023 (and arriving in London, England on October 6, 2023), and departing London, England (and arriving in Queens, NY) on October 9, 2023;

• Hotel accommodations for three (3) nights (one room, double-occupancy) at the Kempton Fitzroy in London, England (beginning October 6, 2023 and ending October 9, 2023); and

• Tickets for winner and guest to attend the Buffalo Bills versus Jacksonville Jaguars game at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London, England on October 8, 2023 (two (2) tickets, located in the lower tier Block 104 of the stadium).

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize: $9,500.

Grand Prize Restrictions: Any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of Grand      Prize not specifically stated herein are the responsibility solely of winner, including, but not limited to, travel expenses to and from JFK Airport, travel expenses to and from the game at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, all other travel and transportation expenses, meals, incidentals, personal charges at lodging, and all other expenses aside from those specifically listed herein as a part of the Grand Prize. Grand Prize cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent prize substitutions at its sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes or components of a prize(s).  Only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules is available to be won in the Promotion. If, by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, the potential winner will be selected in accordance with the winner selection method described above from among all eligible claimants making purportedly valid claims to award the advertised number of prizes available.

ARV of prize may vary depending on point of departure, travel dates and fare/rate fluctuations. Winner is not entitled to difference between value of prize as stated in these Official Rules and value on date of travel. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Prize winner and his/her guest must be able to travel between October 5, 2023 and October 9, 2023. All meals, ground transportation, transportation to and from the applicable airports, transportation between the hotel and the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, and all incidentals not described herein and incurred by prize winner and his/her guest will be the sole responsibility of the prize winner and/or his/her guest. Sponsor, or Administrator or another agent acting on Sponsor's behalf, will decide and otherwise determine all Grand Prize details. Travel is subject to availability and blackout dates. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents and maintaining an active passport throughout the duration of Grand Prize travel. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor's agent and on an airline carrier of Sponsor's choice. Winner must be available to travel on dates specified (October 5, 2023 through October 9, 2023) by Sponsor or risk forfeiting prize. Certain travel restrictions may apply. Winner and guest must comply with all Covid-19 requirements, including all local and/or national Covid-19 travel policies, both within the United States and within London, England, and where applicable. Winner's guest must be at time of prize fulfillment the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which s/he resides (and at least eighteen (18) years of age), unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and must complete and return a liability/publicity release and any other documentation required by Sponsor prior to prize award. If guest is a minor in his/her state of residence, minor's parent/legal guardian must complete and return all releases on behalf of minor. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. If winner elects to travel or participate in the prize travel without a guest, no additional compensation will be awarded.  If winner elects to travel or participate in prize travel with more than one (1) guest, such additional persons shall be responsible for any and all costs associated with such travel. Winner and guest are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option, and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not obtained and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight or Grand Prize-related event except at Sponsor's discretion.  Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Promotion and those set forth by Sponsor's airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. The passenger contracts in use by the airlines or other transportation companies shall constitute the sole contracts with respect to the prize winner's and his/her guest's transportation, and such contracts shall be solely between the prize winner, his/her guest and such transportation companies. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets will not be replaced or exchanged. With the exception of stopovers approved in advance at Sponsor's sole discretion, no stopovers are permitted on tickets issued as part of the prize. If a stopover occurs, the prize travel will terminate and winner and his/her guest will be responsible for the full fare, which will be charged from the stopover point for the remaining trip segment(s), including the return. Airline tickets issued in connection with the prize may not be eligible for frequent flyer miles or upgrades. Winner and guest must comply with all hotel check-in requirements, including, but not limited to, the presentation of a payment card. Air transportation and hotel accommodations must be taken together and cannot be taken separately. SPONSOR SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, DIVERSIONS OR SUBSTITUTIONS OR ANY ACT OR OMISSIONS WHATSOEVER BY ANY AIR CARRIER(S) OR OTHER TRANSPORTATION COMPANIES, LODGING AND/OR OTHER HOSPITALITY PROVIDERS, ENTERTAINMENT PROVIDERS, SPORTING EVENT VENUES, OR SIMILAR THIRD PARTIES, OR ANY OTHER PERSONS PROVIDING ANY OF THESE GRAND PRIZE SERVICES TO WINNERS, INCLUDING ANY RESULTS (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO COSTS OR INJURIES) THEREOF, SUCH AS CHANGES IN SERVICES OR ACCOMMODATIONS NECESSITATED BY SAME.

In the event winner and/or guest engages in behavior during travel that (as determined by Sponsor) is obnoxious or threatening or illegal, or that is intended to threaten or harass any other person, or that in any way disparages or adversely affects the reputation, image and/or customer goodwill of Sponsor or any of Sponsor's services, products, trademarks, service marks or logos, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the travel early and send winner and/or guest home with no further obligations or compensation whatsoever to winner and/or guest (which may, in Sponsor's discretion, result in such winner's disqualification from the Promotion and forfeiture of any (and/or all) prize(s)).  In the event winner or guest engages in behavior during travel that (as determined by Sponsor) is illegal, tortious, or subjects winner or guest to arrest or detention, Sponsor shall have no obligation to pay any damages, fees, fines, judgments or other costs or expenses of any kind whatsoever incurred by winner or guest as a result of such conduct.  SPONSOR SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF ANY TRAVEL RELATED TO THE PRIZE OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF PRIZE WINNER'S OR GUEST'S ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE PRIZE.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:  This Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's and/or Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Sponsor, the NFL Auction/NFL Player Care Foundation Entities, Administrator, and each of their respective agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, garbled transmissions or miscommunications, telephone transmission problems; computer or software malfunctions or damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware) or mobile device; technical failures; or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise.  Proof of sending or submission of entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor and/or Administrator. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.  

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR, THE LEAGUE/TEAM/CHARITY ENTITIES AND ADMINISTRATOR RESERVE THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.  Sponsor and Administrator reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process, the website, and/or the legitimate operation of the Promotion; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect entries and (a) cancel or terminate the Promotion (or any portion thereof); (b) modify the Promotion or suspend the Promotion to address the impairment and then resume the Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; and/or (c) award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment.

7. PUBLICITY; LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASES:  By entering this Promotion, each entrant gives his/her express permission to be contacted by Sponsor, NFL Auction, or Administrator by telephone, email and/or postal mail for Promotion purposes. The winner, by acceptance of the prize, grants to Sponsor, Administrator, NFL AUCTION, and each of their respective designees the right to publicize the winner's name, address (city and state/territory of residence), photograph, voice, statements and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, promotional, trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification, unless prohibited by law.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, ENTRANT AGREES THAT SPONSOR, ADMINISTRATOR, NFL AUCTION, NFL PLAYER CARE FOUNDATION, NFL ENTERPRISES LLC, CLASSY, INC., BUFFALO BILLS, LLC, JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS, LLC, TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR LTD, TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR STADIUM LTD, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, REPRESENTATIVES, CONSULTANTS, CONTRACTORS, LEGAL COUNSEL, ADVERTISING, PUBLIC RELATIONS, PROMOTIONAL, FULFILLMENT AND MARKETING, WEBSITE PROVIDERS, WEB MASTERS, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS (THE "RELEASED PARTIES") WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF THE PRIZE (OR PORTION THEREOF), ENTRY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION OR IN ANY PROMOTION-RELATED ACTIVITY, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY.  THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THE PRIZE (OR PORTION THEREOF) CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, OR INTERRUPTIONS DUE TO ACTS OF GOD, ACTS OF WAR, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, OR TERRORISM.      WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS PROMOTION, INCLUDING THE WEBSITE AND ALL PRIZES, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY. 9. DISPUTES. Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be arbitrated on an individual basis only, and shall not be consolidated or joined with or in any arbitration or other proceeding involving a dispute, claim or cause of action of any other party; (2) settled by binding arbitration in Suffolk County, Massachusetts before a single arbitrator appointed by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its then governing rules and procedures (currently available at https://adr.org/sites/default/files/Consumer%20Rules.pdf) , and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof; (3) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (4) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Massachusetts, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the state of Massachusetts or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of Massachusetts.

10.
