Favorite Football Team: New York Giants (Francesca's dad was a fan and known for sporting his Giants jersey)
Design Inspiration: Based on the same dimensions and materials as the football atop the coveted Vince Lombardi Super Bowl trophy, the Tiffany designed football was handcrafted in our Hollowware shop by silversmiths in Cumberland, RI, USA. Design features include hand engraved text and ornamentation. Each of its custom fit vermeil laces is the shape of an X for the Roman numeral, 10. Together the 5 X's commemorate Super Bowl 50.
Design Materials: The football is comprised of 12 pounds of sterling silver and .23 pounds of yellow gold.
Production Time: 45 hours of master craftsmanship for completion, including silversmithing, chasing and polishing
